Where Waves Meet the Beat on Lake Murray

Floatchella Lake Murray is the pinnacle of summer time dippin' and sippin'.

Floatchella returns for its second year on July 18th, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Fat Frogs Marina (1701 Dreher Island Road, Chapin, SC).

What started as a bold, one-of-a-kind floating celebration on Lake Murray is coming back bigger, louder, and even more unforgettable. Picture boats tied together across the water, music drifting over the lake, local vendors lining the marina, and hundreds of people coming together for the most unique summer event in the Midlands.

Floatchella is where boating culture, small businesses, music, and community collide. Whether you’re arriving by boat, pulling up to the marina, or floating in with friends, you’ll step into an atmosphere that feels more like a lake-day festival than anything you’ve experienced before.

Even better, Floatchella proudly supports local nonprofits, turning an incredible day on the water into an opportunity to give back to the community that makes this event so special.

Grab your crew, pack the cooler, tie up, and get ready to spend the day soaking up the sun, the music, and the Floatchella energy.

We cannot wait to Floatchella with you.
